2026 ROANOKE SUMMER ELITE CAMP 14&UP

Tuesday 6/16/2026  - Located at the Moyer Sports Complex - Salem, VA

The Roanoke Summer Elite Camp is designed to give fast pitch players at all levels an opportunity to learn the proper techniques of batting, fielding, pitching and catching so as to help them gain a competitive edge in today's fast pitch softball programs. Instruction is geared toward each player's individual skill level allowing each player to learn the fundamentals and more complicated techniques.

Participants receive instruction from Roanoke College Head Softball Coach Mike Mitchell and his staff David Mays and Chris Lauria as well as current and former players.

Participants are required to bring their own bat to ensure that they are hitting with the correct size bat. They should also bring their gloves, helmets, and tennis shoes.

9:00 – 12:00 Individual Skills Workout – Pitching, Catching, Defensive Position Drills, Base Running

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

1:00 – 2:30 Hitting Drills

2:30 – 4:30 – Show Case Games – Age Specific
